Refund policy

Contact wholelifealkaline@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unopened, unused product in its original packaging with its seal intact, if supplied with a seal. Please obtain return instructions before mailing a product. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when available so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without return shipping cost to you.

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped will follow the return process.
